Delete Your Account.
You can request permanent deletion of your RecallIt account and its associated data at any time. Follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.
1. Request Deletion
Send an email to recallit104@gmail.com from the email address linked to your RecallIt account, with the subject line "Delete My Account".
2. We Verify Your Request
To protect your account, we may confirm the request with you before proceeding. Verification ensures your account cannot be deleted by someone else.
3. Your Data Is Removed
Once verified, we delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile information, learning progress and preferences.
4. Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
